TALK ON GOOD EATING HABITS by Caleb Stapleton
On Friday (the 16th) a lady came to talk about healthy eating. She told us about how eating correctly can affect your physical appearance. She explained that people who may look or feel different make them shy to others because they feel ugly or out of place. She said that the models and spokepeople you see on television and in magazines aren't so beautiful as you think. Many people spend hours on their hair and make-up to make them so perfect.
